Quo Vadimus Talent

My name is Jesse Whiteman, and this is my mission statement. Quo Vadimus means, "where are we going ?" in Latin. I started Quo Vadimus talent to answer that question for you and I. I want to help you get where you want to be, by helping myself get where I want to be. I'm not doing this to get rich quick, I'm doing this because my whole life I've been passionate about the entertainment industry, and I see an opportunity for something.

My brother and first client made a movie last year, and he got a local band to play some of the songs. The combination blew me away, the sounds this band put out there for this film, fit so perfectly that I couldn't imagine the film with out these songs. I thought about it long and hard, and came to this conclusion. Represent local talent. Match clients to other clients. Fill needs. Find perfect combinations.

Like I said before, I'm not doing this for money. I'm doing it for the art, even if all that ever comes of this is I get one song to sync up with one scene in someone's film that elevates both to something stronger than the individual pieces. Then I've been paid. I can see these things, I want to help.

If you are an aspiring actor, director, writer, musician, film editor, comedian, and so on, and you want to be part of this. Just ask, hopefully in the days, weeks and months ahead, we can create a pool of local talent. That can get together, and when a movie needs a sound, or a sound needs a movie we can put them together, when a talented dramatic writer is blocked trying to add some comic relief, we can help with that. If someone has hours of footage and a vision in their head, but doesn't have the hardware or patience to learn the ins and outs of editing, we can help. Or even if you need a name to get people to read your scripts, I can help.

I love the entertainment industry, and I want to be part of it. As I'm sure you do as well. Where are we going ?
